It is the client's responsibility to care for their treatment area for the best possible results. Failure to follow instructions could result in a poorly healed procedure
You may use warm water to rinse your head as normal.
You may use a gentle natural shampoo to lightly cleanse your hair.
You may sweat lightly, pat to dry periodically to avoid pooling.
You may go back to working out lightly.
You may wash your hair as you normally do. You may go back to your regular workouts and sweat as normal.
After day 10 and when your scalp is healed completely, you should protect your scalp from direct sun exposure by using unbrellas, wearing a hat or hoodie, apply sunscreen, etc
I just wanted you to be aware that there will be few hours of redness. If you must cover it you may wear a light scarf or hat, but make sure that it is not rubbing on the treatment site.
